I suspect the pic was but hoped the basis for it might have been true, given the talk of a storm and flooding. Still no real storm related news or spoilers is there other than Inside Soap's wording which could be exaggerated?
I'm hoping that still happens, Cameron kidnaps Debbie, makes a last attempt for freedom, and the car does get swept down a river because it would finish it off nicely. All with a DS Shields screeching in fury that her team, surrounding a pub, had botched up YET AGAIN
IMO it would have been slightly better if during the storm there was a landslide, which sealed Emmerdale off completley so no cops or anyone could get in.
One thing confuses me. If the police are outside PREPARING to make their move in the second ep, how can the first victim already be in hospital in the first ep? How do the paramedics get in if the police can't??
Because the soap police are off looking for another person to wrongfully arrest and that sarcy female copper can ask her sarcy questions while the soap solicitor can sit there dum or say their one line 'you don't have to answer that'.
Cant Marlon paddle with his long, windmill arms through the water?

Fingers crossed!:D
We're not lucky enough to lose Nikhil AND Marlon in the same year though......

See, there's always an upside!
Oi!
I like Marlon (I loathe Maurel, though).
