Help!
I use XP, and have email on Outlook Express.
I'm on BT Broadband, and when I try to send an email, the Dial up box appears, and I can't send the email.
I have gone to the "connections" box and clicked
Never dial a connection and this is still showing..
But when i go to send, the dial up box still appears, and my email can't be sent.
Any ideas how to overcome this?
I used the BT email test and it gives a green tick that everything is working - but it isn't!

If you have that it's sub menu LAN settings are usually blank.

and follow the step by step instructions.
I've tried a system restore, but still can't get rid of it.
Will get a new email address and try that.
