'Word Up' - But then it was always my least favourite Cameo track; a sell-out, embarrassing self parody!
Give me 'Single Life' or 'Attack Me With Your Love' any day!

All of them, could never stand them in the first place tho. Such a depressing sound the 80's had to endure when you compare to the fun pop culture of the 90's, swinging and soulful 60's and disco 70's.

Anything by Wham and Culture Club.

A lot of her 1980s music hasn't aged well, some of it sounds very dated, but that goes for a lot of other music from the 1980s. Madonna's first three albums are of their time. Some of her earlier singles are embarrassing to listen to today, especially the twee Material Girl, Like a Virgin, True Blue, Holiday, Dress You Up, Angel and Causing a Commotion. I tend to stick with her 1990s and early 2000s music. Express Yourself is her best song released in the late 1980s, that's when she started to lose the teenybopper pop sound.

non of my favs have been ruined.... but tracks like 'come on eileen' and 'dont you want me' (which were never brilliant in the first place compared to some of those artists other material) just leave me absolutely cold.

pity... 'dont you want me' was the only time i saw live, a current #1 being performed.

That reminds me. I watched Tears for Fears live the night that 'Everybody wants to rule the world' went to Number 1. I was at the front and when they played it the crowd went mad and I was lucky to escape uninjured! :D
    I think it's still a great track.

Spandau Ballet - True. Never liked it back then or now and always feel an overwhelming need to stick my fingers in my ears and exit a pubic place rapidly if it comes on.

Never Gonna Give You Up by Rick Astley, the rickroll has killed it.

I Wanna Dance with Somebody by Whitney Houston - reminds me of being at crap parties.
If I never hear that song ever again I will be a happy lady.

Never liked that Starship song Nothing's Gonna Stop Us Now.

And I'm tired of Tina Turner's The Best (yet I still really like What's Love Got To Do With it?).
