    From here onwards, time will rapidly take a toll on your health and mental facilities.

    You are now beginning a very short journey that will rapidly lead you into the sunset of your life.

    I suspect that if you age thinking like that (and some of the other posts on here) that it will be very true for you.

    But I am 15 years past 46 and feel as young as when I was much younger than that.

    I suggest you think positive not expect the worst.

    Not dusk here yet. Still mid afternoon. :)

    My great grandma was 98 when she died. It was only the last 6 months or so of her life she wasn't independent.

    Stubborn lot my family.
