Head of Unicef Ireland gets 200,000 Euro payoff

The Irish Times are running a story about Unicef Ireland's executive director Melanie Verwoerd, she's been dissmissed by email regarding her relationship with a man called Gerry Ryan creating negative publicity for the charity. She's been given a 200,000 Euro payoff! I wonder how much of that she'll be donating to Unicef's current Somalia appeal, a fiver, a tenner, maybe 20,000 or perhaps zilch.
Nice to know that all of you who dug into your own pockets to donate are in some way feathering this woman's retirement nest! I know people who work for charities have to take a salary, they've bills to pay too, but 100,000 Euros a year plus a 200,00Euro payoff seems very excessive to me, your thoughts?
