Fact is, Frankie has made his own bed. He chose that the loud-mouthed "rocker" image is what he wanted to go with. He thought it would make him popular if he went with the "I bed a different girl each night" persona. That was how he decided to sell himself to the nation.
The nation don't like it.
It's simple really. He put himself up to be judged and he is being judged. He's only being judged harshly because people find his personality repugnant. Most people aren't impressed with those who use women for cheap sex and brag about it. Believe it or not, but not all young guys are like that. Only the tossers.
