Going to do chicken breasts in garlic(thanks to one of those mixes from Magi) with mash, roasted carrots and peas, with a meringue from Konditor and Cook with squirty cream, and tinned mandarins.

    Looking forward to it already.

Was going to have steak, but stuffed from earlier. Roast veg (onions, peppers, chilli, courgette with seasalt, organic honey drizzled over, and olive oil), goats cheese, and garlic bread. Can do on skewers, but I spread on a baking tray.

Why would you let the result of a football match dictate your meal choice?

Roast turkey crown, swede, carrot & parsnip mash, spinach, roast potatoes, stuffing and gravy. I'll have all except the spuds. I miss my roasties...

Again! Is it your favourite?:D there again, I'm on mash due to my flipping' crown which was initially a veneer and is presently a temp.:(
My mouth is so expensively perfect, visually - that I have a sad diet.:(

Big losses = loss of appetite and lack of feeling celebratory. I don't claim to be rational!

Tonight is a very comforting baked potato with broccoli in cheese sauce. This is because I need comfort.

Having salad and some cotswold cheese that I brought back from my week away.

Have decided to be meat free during the week as I really didn't miss meat when giving it up for lent.

I am going to make some breadcrumbed pork steaks, and maybe some mash.

Doing a lot of cooking today - making a nice potato salad and coleslaw for hubby's lunch tomorrow, as well as baking a cake and making some bread :)
