Hello all!

Literally cannot believe it's almost that time of year again Just a heads up if anyone wasn't already aware - this year's London Eurovision Party will be taking place on Sunday 2nd April at the Cafe de Paris in Leicester Square. In a contrast to previous year's, the London event is actually one of the first preview parties to take place this year.

Tickets aren't on sale yet (but will be very soon)

The website is also now live and will be updated over the next few days/week with more information:

http:/:www.londoneurovision.com (Do let me know if you find any bugs!)

Hope to meet some of you again this year, it was lovely finally putting faces to names!

I had such a great time last year, utterly knackered by the end of it though but totally worth it.

Myself, Lisa and Anne have already booked hotels so you can put us on the preliminary list as well as Nick.

I'm tempted this year... I think it was the story of the Icelandic Ice cubes that sold it to me last year.... Will have to check, I take there is no point asking if it's worth it...

Yeah anyone set on going this year you'd be well advised to start looking up hotels now if you haven't already. As it's so early in April it's almost in line with the Easter school holidays and a lot of hotels are close to being booked up if not completely booked for that weekend.

Hoping to be there again! Don't think I will book anything until I have a ticket, was planning to stay on Saturday but think it will just be Sunday, as we know, Saturday London prices are way too expensive! Think I will be getting the night coach, Saturday night, as they think it's a good idea to do engineering works on the trains during the weekends and have weekend replacement buses to Preston station from here

Until I get a job I won't be going to anything. Shame as I live on the commuter belt with a direct South Eastern train to London Victoria.

Pre-Sale tickets on sale between now and 12pm. Looks like the VIP and early admission ones have gone already! Pre-sale general will be available at 10.30 and then from 12.00, tickets will be available to everyone.

They had reduced price 30 GA tickets as well. Only automated bots would've been quick enough to get them though, unless they only put about 10 up for sale.

What a waste of a Saturday morning would have stayed in bed if I had known I would have to wait for the general sale

I managed to get tickets, paid way over the odds though, because I was so astonished to have got through I didn't give it a second thought! I swear prices have gone way up this year.
