What kind of shirt?

I am getting married in little over two weeks and I am trying to find the right shirt/tie combo.
I was watching a video today and it is something like this I want to go for....

Now I am at a loss as to what kind of shirt it is.....it appears to have a minimal collar I just love how it looks but I am struggling to replicate it.
