I agree, to have managed nearly 4 months in the chart is impressive. Unfortunately I think the fact it's performing so well is hindering Glow's airplay.

I think this is the case too. I don't think Capital FM has playlisted it but it has been playlisted by Radio 1 - with 3 (?) weeks to go I am slightly worried. But I think she'll get another top ten. And the XF performance a week later should help sustain sales or reach a completely new peak.

At least R1 have got on board, but Capital support would be better imo purely due to the fact Capital is more repetitive. She's releasing on 5th October and that week doesn't seem too loaded with competition. Plus she avoids the 1D single release by a week as well. I think top 5 should be doable. As you said on the Discussion Thread, she's performing on Sunday Night At The Palladium so that should give it a boost.

Glow is now on the B-list, she's also doing National Lottery on Friday. It should really help with pre-orders
I think the performance of Ghost has been a double edged sword. It's undoubtably been one of the biggest hits this year and the longevity is fantastic but it seems to be overshadowing Glow. I don't think Capital will playlist it now or if they do it'll receive half-hearted support. I'm not sure whether Syco should have pulled Ghost from radio or not.
Fortunately I don't think it'll matter at this point due to the promo opportunities that are available in the 4th quarter and the fact Radio 1 and 2 are on board. It's 100% guaranteed a top 10 placing. They just need a good 3rd single so the album can sell beyond the Christmas period. Shame they didn't get a second song out of Ryan as I don't think they've got anything as strong left, singles wise, judging by the snippets.
If Ella releases Missed, performs it on XF the album will fly high. Missed needs to be the 3rd single. From the previews i've heard, Glow shouldn't have been the 2nd single there was much better options out there.

Sales for last week were 39k, but BuzzJack have only given sales figures on today's update for the top 5. Glow is currently sitting at #13 this week. Ghost is at #15, so I wouldn't be surprised if Glow drops out of the chart before Ghost in the long run. I'd estimate that end of week sales for Glow will probably be around 20k.
