Also missing apostrophes and capital letters... :p

It doesn't bother me so much in speech 'cause it's just part of the accent, however in writing there's no excuse! :D

No-one mentioned that! Anyway it's should have, not should of. The verb 'to of' is non-existent!

My biggest hate.... is that the 'th' sound has turned in an 'f' these days. So lazy! Bloody annoying.

Few of us are perfect at grammar :)

Hands up, I'm an uptight red-penner, so I really hate it when I'm on my phone and it decides I want to say 'aunt' rather than c...... ;)

As in, "What do you fink I am? Fick?" Kind of answers itself don't you think?

That pisses me off nearly as much as double negatives, Mark on The Chase does it (firty free fousand pounds!), I always think it seems strange for someone that intelligent, who also teaches kids, to use such bad pronunciation.... innit

My biggy was the 'dis' 'dat' 'der' phenomenon....

    Language changes....

Give it 50 years... There will be no vowels in writing and only Fs, Ss, and Ds in spoken.

Some of us are too rpecious - all of us contribute to changing language. That's how it's always been :D

I agree completely, it drives me bonkers. I call them the 'we was' brigade. It seems the English are never tutored in grammar, most of them can't decline the most common verbs - to be, to come, to do, to take, to give - usw.
Then of course there are the 'end of the day' and the '100%' brigade who also seem to have no idea of English grammar or syntax. :D

One more for you.... when people insert the word 'of,' instead of 'have.'

i.e. I could of, I should of... instead of I could have, I should have. It's so common these days.
