hidden pics

ive had my k810 i, since new on contract nobody has had it but myself ?
can someone explain why it is then that today while ripping some pics off it i noticed about 6 that in no way came from me or anyone that would have access to it
i can only think they were stuck somewere in the phones memory and and apeared via a glitch
there of a couple in new york ????????
refurbished model i suspect , anyone shed some light ?

these are rougher looking than embedded pics if you know what i mean and not in the same memory slot
these were in dcim and only just came up this time ive tried to get them back to no avail thats wy i thought of memory glitch from previous owner
case is minted all the things youd expect from a brand new phone ,although there has always been a problem
with effects on the cam in particular frosted glass one which just doesnt do anything
which makes me wonder if gubbins inside is from an old
phone
mystery unsolved but im getting an upgrade to the 9 one so happy days
