Here is a list of words I never want to hear on TV again

Like Grampa Simpson bashing away at his old manual typewriter, I'm becoming increasingly frustrated with certain words and phrases being spouted endlessly on TV, most often in reality shows but in other types too.
It shows a real lack of originality and a lack of proper thought, and so as the phrases are trotted out endlessly they seem to lose their meaning a little more each time.
My favourite hates, as it were, are:-
"Hit the ground running"
"Out of my/your/his etc comfort zone"
"The full package"
"All-new" (something's either new or it isn't)
"Size zero"
Anyone like to add to the list?

(when the show is years old and has been on countless channels before) * another chance to see * new formula ..... * later than advertised * here are some viewers' comments * and now over to ... who's outside ....

No comment means it's been on loads of times before.
"New" means it's been on before, but not in this timeslot or on this particular channel.
"All-New" means brand new.
As opposed to terrestrial channel speak:
No comment means brand new
(R) means it isn't.
Although the definition is stretched by "All new You've Been Framed"!

That one drives me mad. I'm not going anywhere - they are!!
Oh and anyone who claims they gave 110%. When did 100% become not good enough.
"We'll see you next time"
No you won't see us, you didn't see us this time either!

I never want to hear the 'j-word' used on a reality show again.
+2, irriattes me too much ;D
Agree, these are the reality shows that use it:
Big Brother, X Factor, Britains Got Talent, I'm A Celebrity, Strictly Come Dancing, Dancing On Ice, Got To Dance, So you think you can dance, Hells Kitchen.
Basically every single reality show.
And also on property shows the constant use of "Wow!" from the potential buyers!
Also "Coming up next..." over the credits.Let me hear the lovely music from Doctor Who please!
