    Sunday 1st March - talkSPORT

Mark Saggers presenting Sunday Exclusive: Capital One Cup Final Special from Wembley Stadium, followed by Call Collymore from Wembley Stadium

    Capital One Cup Final
Chelsea v Tottenham Hotspur - Jim Proudfoot and Stan Collymore (4pm commentary), with Ian Abrahams at pitchside and James Dodd producing

    Premier League
Liverpool v Manchester City - Sam Matterface and Michael Gray (12noon commentary), with Graham Beecroft reporting and Scott Richards producing
Arsenal v Everton - Nigel Adderley and Ray Houghton (2.05pm commentary), with George Cummins producing

    Rugby Union: Six Nations
Ireland v England - Russell Hargreaves

    Cricket World Cup Pool A
England v Sri Lanka - Jon Norman, with Jack Bannister providing end-of-innings analysis

Russell Hargreaves also reported on France v Wales in the Six Nations for talkSPORT yesterday, before going on to host Extra Time overnight prior to getting his flight to Dublin. That's some stint I think you'll agree, although I believe he has the night off.

Prior to the start of the live coverage, Georgie Bingham and Micky Quinn presented their Weekend Sports Breakfast from the Hilton hotel on Wembley Way between 7-11am, with Ian Abrahams talking to fans and guests in attendance.

Spare a thought for Sam Matterface - his pre-match notes flew onto the pitch during the warm-up at the Etihad and are currently residing in one of Brian Kidd's pockets!

    talkSPORT Live

    Capital One Cup Final
Chelsea v Tottenham Hotspur - Alex Crook and Chris Perry

    Premier League
Liverpool v Manchester City - Toby Gilles and Steve Lomas
Arsenal v Everton - Tim Long and Rhys Weston

Werder Bremen v VfL Wolfsburg - Dan Wheeler

Juliette Ferrington was BBC Radio 5 Live's pitchside reporter at Wembley for the Capital One Cup Final. I spotted her, talkSPORT's Ian Abrahams and Mark Clemmit from the BBC One highlights show conducting interviews on the pitch after the full-time whistle when watching on television.

    BBC Radio Wales

    Steffan Garrero (studio host)

Rotherham United v Vincent Tan FC - Rob Phillips and Iwan Roberts (SE Wales FM & DAB / SW Wales FM & DAB / Digital TV)
Newport County v Mansfield Town - Mark Poyser and Ian Walsh (MW part commentary)
Gateshead v Wrexham - Dylan Griffiths and Andy Legg (N Wales FM / NE & NW Wales DAB / Online)

    BBC Radio Cymru

Rotherham United v Vincent Tan FC - Owain Llyr (host) and Malcolm Allen (Digital Radio/TV commentary)
Newport County v Mansfield Town - Alun Williams
Gateshead v Wrexham - Dylan Griffiths (HT/FT reports)

Congratulations should be given to Owain Llyr, who has finally won a 'scoregasm' prize that's on offer during Ifan Evan's C2 (Radio Cymru's weeknight 'teen' strand) show, for commentating on a goal (this time for Wrexham v Torquay Utd on Saturday) with the most enthusiasm, hence the name.

    BBC Bristol / Somerset

    Ed Hadwin (studio host)

Leyton Orient v Bristol City - Richard Hoskin and Adam Baker (94.9FM / 104.6FM / Bristol & Bath DAB / Somerset DAB / Freeview?)
Yeovil Town v Walsall - Chris Spittles and Chris Weale (95.5FM)

    BBC Tees (via 5LSX)

Middlesbrough v Milwall - Alistair Brownlee (host) and Neil Maddison, with Mark Drury on pitchside/manager watch (95.5FM)
Dagenham & Redbridge v Hartlepool - Ivan Ash (commentary on Teeside DAB with Rob Law, him and Nick Loghlin)

    AUDIO OPTIONS RETURN!

5 Live Sports Xtra is a commentary option on Midweek Final Score through the Red Button (Freeview 601 etc). You don't get the pop-up if you head to 601 straight away, but you will do so should you hit the text button on any other BBC Channel, before selecting the 5 Live commentary prompt (which then takes you to ch. 601 anyway)

With some BBC english local radio channels coming onto Freeview in spurts, I do hope this is a small step in the BBC allowing you to select such a service whenever there are football games happening midweek.

more local BBC radio stations launch on Freeview today(Wednesday 04 March 2015)
    http://radiotoday.co.uk/2015/03/bbc-local-radio-stations-launch-on-freeview

Be interesting to see which football team/s they give coverage to.

Also as a by-line how many members can get maybe two, three or four other local TV regions where they live

In the Bristol aerial I think we could only get BBC West and BBC Wales

Mark Saggers presenting Kick Off Exclusive from St James' Park alongside Michael Gray

    Premier League
Liverpool v Burnley - Simon Humphreys
Manchester City v Leicester City - Dom McGuinness
Newcastle United v Manchester United - Sam Matterface and Michael Gray (7.45pm commentary), with Graham Courtney at pitchside and James Dodd producing
Queens Park Rangers v Arsenal - Tony Incenzo

    Premier League
Liverpool v Burnley - Tim Long
Manchester City v Leicester City - Dan Wheeler
Newcastle United v Manchester United - Richard Connelly and Alan McLoughlin (featured 7.45pm commentary on international radio stations)
Queens Park Rangers v Arsenal - John Anderson
Stoke City v Everton - Russell Hargreaves
Tottenham Hotspur v Swansea City - James Fielden
West Ham United v Chelsea - Toby Gilles

I'm guessing talkSPORT Live's main service will pick up commentary on Liverpool v Burnley, an 8pm kick-off, at the conclusion of their featured game. I'm not sure whether talkSPORT UK will though as they'll have to take the full-time reports from the other five 7.45pm kick-offs before they can head to Anfield. I guess it may depend on how the game stands at that point.

Ian Danter is making a cameo on Blues World in the build-up to Birmingham City v Blackpool in the Championship which Keith Lawrence and Michael Johnson will be commentating on. Dants is not covering the game for talkSPORT and is just there as a fan on a night off. He's mentioned that he no longer gets to see Blues live that much as he's now often sent to South Wales or the South Coast to cover games.

    BBC Radio Leeds*
Brentford versus Huddersfield Town - also on the official Huddersfield Town website - Katherine Hannah and Paul Ogden
Bradford City versus Crawley Town - reporter - Dave Fletcher

Pulse 1 and official Bradford City website
Bradford City versus Crawley Town - Jason Thornton and Ian Ormondroyd

*BBC Radio Leeds is now on Freeview channel 719, and the football was broadcast on that channel. A summariser was planned for the commentary.

    BBC Radio Wales

    Steffan Garrero (studio host)

Tottenham Hotspur v Swansea City - Rob Phillips and Mark Gower (SW Wales FM commentary)

For some reason, yet again, SW Wales DAB is not broadcasting this game.

    BBC Radio Cymru

Tottenham Hotspur v Swansea City - Owain Llyr and Iwan Roberts (South Wales FM commentary)

    Swansea Sound

Tottenham Hotspur v Swansea City - Adam Fiedler (commentary, from 32nd minute)

There was a car crash 'somewhere in/around London', which meant that Adam did not arrive in time. Whilst the game was happening, it's normal music service resumed playing 70s stuff, with score updates from the presenter and apologies from him about there not begin commentary 'for reasons out of our control'.

Could that have something to do with the multiplex BBC Radio Wales is on and how Premier League radio rights apply to that? In past years, talkSPORT were not allowed to broadcast their Premier League commentaries on DAB in Northern Ireland because the station was carried on a local multiplex rather than Digital One as is the case in GB.

Pedants corner, but I'm guessing their summariser is Mark Gower - an aptly-named midfielder who played for the Swans in the Championship.

I'm not convinced. It may just be some technical re-wiring needs fixing at their end, as I've told them this has been happening for a month, with messages back saying they'll be looking into it. They still announce their coverage as being on FM and DAB for every game (bar Newport County or whomever) mind you

In the end, talkSPORT just went Around the Grounds at the end of their featured commentary and didn't go over to Anfield for any extended period, as you'd probably expect given the state of the game as a contest.

Also, Graham Courtney wasn't on pitchside reporting duty for talkSPORT at St James' Park last night - he just conducted the post-match interviews.
