The connectionstring property has not been initialized

I am trying to use our Dymo Label Printer to print lots of labels for stock. Whenever i try and bring the data file in i get the "The connectionstring property has not been initialized" error message. I have contacted Dymo but have still to receive a response. It's a longshot but has anyone experienced this or have any idea how to rectify?
