    And the BBC's estimate that "it has 100 times less power than a smartphone" is definitely on the low side, by a huge margin.

    Since the other two times the article says it was used as a prop were from the Seventies (1974 and ~1978) I would guess the DW use was as well.

    My guess would be a Pertwee story but could be an early Tom Baker one.
