    It does cost money if you pay 6mthly. Not a debit card charge though, but a administration ( I think) fee.

    I am going to be better off paying mthly now. I'm so happy not having to fined two lump sums anymore.

    Direct debit is available from 1st November.

    I live, and work, in a rural area - plenty of ENPR cameras, both fixed and on cars.

    Just because you don't notice them doesn't mean they aren't there.

    I would expect the new rules to prompt even more ENPR cameras been installed, which would be a good idea all round.

    Well my ex lodger, got away without tax, insurance and MOT, for 5 years, until,someone reported him, he was a local freelance gardner, so only drove local.

    Why didn't you report him?

    To be honest, as I never looked at his tax, so I never noticed, and when he was found out, i made him leave.
