The James Bond gold box

Hi.
Several months ago I bought the gold James Bond DVD box set.
This one:

Over the past few nights I've been watching them (well, trying to) on my computer.
I no longer own a TV set or a DVD player. So I've had to use my computer.
Anyway pretty much every disc has had problems playing. They keep stopping, stuttering, switching themselves off and that's if my computer acknowledges them at all. I did buy the box new so they should be working fine.
Anyone else have trouble with this box set?

You'd need to try them in an actual DVD player to see if you have the same issues or not.
