How many pairs of shoe's do you own?

And you can list them if you want. Slippers count as a pair of shoe, by the way, if you wear them.

I've got two pairs. Black mens shoes and Wellington Boots.

So no-one on here owns any shoes and walks around barefoot? The government cuts must be worse than I first thought.

Let me see, probably 15 pairs of shoes / heels and at least 20 pairs of boots if they count?

I'm not old enough for slippers yet!

I can't even count but I have quite a few pairs of ballet shoes, flip flops, boots, uggs, sandals, trainers, heels and other misc flats. Oh and my wellies.

I'm 23 and have multiple pairs of slippers. I even have pairs at my dads and nans as I can't imagine walking round the house in just socks or in my shoes.

I have 3 pairs of boots, 4 pairs of sandals/mules, about 10 pairs of other shoes/trainers/walking shoes, and 3 pairs of slippers. (I love slippers!)

I also have some 'specialist' indoor shoes: about 4 pairs of suede-soled dance shoes, two pairs of indoor carpet tennis shoes, and a pair of tenpin bowling shoes.

Wow, in total that's many more than I thought!

    Yeah, boots count.

And you're never too young for slippers. :)

If they count then I have too many!

I just don't get the appeal of slippers, I have house shoes/ boots instead that do not go outside.

Me neither. I've never worn slippers. I prefer to sit in the house with nothing on my feet apart from socks.

Finally someone who agrees with me!

Family and friends usually cannot believe I take my shoes off, and put my house shoes on. It seems quite sensible to me.

3 pairs of court type shoes/heels (all black, 1 patent)
About 3 pairs of black flats
Flats in white, gold and red
Wedges I almost never wear cause I hate my toes (open toed - don't do sandals for the same reason!)
2 pairs of knee high flat boots (1 brown, 1 black)
1 pair of black suede shoe boots (that I would marry if I could)
1 pair of heeled black knee high boots
    1 pair of sheepskin boots
    Trainers
    Walking boots
    Loads of cheap plimsoll things

So about 20? That's much lower than it was a few years back.

ETA: I also don't do slippers because they make me static. I do slipper socks though.

Couldn't be without my slippers :o

I have trainers which I wear to work and back every day
    Pair of grey short boots
    Pair of long black boots
    Pair of black slouch boots
Pair of Brown furry Emu like boots
Two pairs of skechers summer shoes
Pair of white sandals for summer
Pair of beige sandals for summer
Markon shoes I bought off QVC years ago, what are they still doing in here?
Couple of pairs of toe post flats for the summer
Pair of strappy wedges that kill! why have I not thrown them out??
Another pair of slippers! furry boot type, almost forgot about them!

Oh and just bought some gold pointy toe jobs for a wedding

4 pairs of trainers (two for running & exercise, two for walking, all Nike)
    1 pair white Converse
4 pairs of flat sandals (all grey or brown shades)
2 pairs of wedge sandals (both tan coloured)
    1 pair flip flops
2 pairs plain black flats (one loafer type, the other suede pointed toe type ones)
5 pairs heeled suede ankle boots (all similar to Isabel Marant Dicker boots style... One black, one greeny-grey, three different shades of brown/tan)
1 pair flat studded black ankle boots (Office version of Chloe Susanna boots)
1 pair black suede heels with pointed toe
1 pair blush-beige suede heels with pointed toe
1 pair black suede wedge ankle boots

Not very adventurous... I wear a lot of boots clearly! I am always lusting after gorgeous heels but being 5'9 I tend to feel too tall in them and don't wear them much. Low a low heel ankle boot though!

No idea how many. I don't count the ones I don't wear any more as they're sitting there in boxes or at the bottom of the wardrobe. I have only a few I actually wear most of the time. The rest are in boxes and worn once, twice or still brand new. My work shoes don't count as they're for work and I don't work anymore. Do trainers count?

Ask any woman if she has anything to wear and we all answer nothing :D.

    Too many to count.
I just gave away a big bagful
Need to chuck a few more, as i just got 3 pairs of brand new gorgeous stilettos for $15 at a welfare shop.

Just trying to count boots - 3 long boots, 2 knee high and one over the knee, all flats.
Ankle boots, about 10 last count. some flat, some heels, some athletic casual some dressy.

I expect I have about 50 or more, and wear about 6 constantly.
A lot I have never worn, and plenty I forgot

I have way too many, maybe 40-50 pairs. Mainly heels and boots. I only wore some of them once to justify paying for them to my fella and then in the back of the spare room as I'm sure they were made by people that hate feet!

Over 60, Husband hates it and often wonders why I need 4 pairs of black shoes(different styles work with different outfits) or 4 pairs of flip flops (one for walking on the beach, one as slippers in the summer, one for on the way to the beach and a spare pair). I keep them all in their boxes as it keeps them protected.

I can't throw any out though and will get them repaired at the cobblers when they need it. I had some lovely boots years ago but threw them out as I was bored of them and have regretted it ever since. I have also always regretted throwing my very first pair of Doc Marten boots out especially as these days they are over £100 when I bought them in 1992 they were £40 or something:cry:
