  I haven't. I still have mine and still use it. I put a 1tb hard drive in it just over a year ago and have loads of games. Still got my Xbox 360 too. They both sit next to my Wii U, PS4 and Xbox One.
  
  I like having a choice and wide range of games 👍

  ive kept mine as i get all the playstation plus games for it every month plays all my old games good blu ray player and media player. your 40gb fat ps3 is probably worth about £50

  I've sold mine to my brother, I have a super slim 500gb for £100 with the box and throw GTA5 in with it.
  
  looked on CEX and they were offering somewhere in the region of £85 for mine if I remember rightly

  I sold my slim 150GB to CEX with a few games. I got about 70 quid i think.

  Big time no sale. Still a cracking machine and it sits happily alongside it's more potent brethren in our setup. And with the likes of XCOM, Amalur, PGA Tour Series, E-Golf, Rainbow Moon and one or three more, it'll remain that way for a while yet.

  I got £120 for my original 40GB PS3 with 7 games, 2 DS3, 2 move controllers and the camera just before Christmas.
  
  I kept my slim PS3 and the games i liked so i could take advantage of the cross game buys with my PS4 and PS+ games.

  I considered trading mine in at Game but it's an original model 40GB so worth practically nothing I expect. The 360 I have is worth more.
