Given that public finances worth ove £600 million have funded the stadium's construction and conversion costs, Londoners deserve to know what they will receive, should WHUFC's owners sell up.
You need to go back to school. You can't count. It's three. Football, Sport and Politics.
Original threads in F, S, and P. 'Updates' ie new threads, in F and P. A deleted update thread from F.
That's six threads on the same subject. I await your apology.
Edit: and it's all been condensed into one thread, so it seems that DS agrees it is spam. Have you hit the giddy heights of 23'000 signatures in a week yet?

Have you any information that they intend to do so?
Do you want to know what will happen for every possible scenario?

West Ham will be renting it, they will not own it, do you know the difference between renting and owning?
and what is their huge rent they will pay for this 700m stadium?
probably 30million a year, right?
What would you say was a fair rent for using a stadium 20 days out of 365. or should WHU pay the rent for all the other sports that will take place there?
Someone here with me just said how come the clubs themselves are not part of this, just the Supporters Trusts. That might be down to not wanting to be open to litigation if WHU are denied use of the stadium at this late stage. Could be a nice bit off compo there.
Also a Public Enquiry Starts at 10mil (the basic cost) so who's really worried about wasting public money?

They are not renting it for a year.
They are renting it for certain days.
They would not be allowed access for days they are not renting.
Its very very simple. Many churches RENT their churches out to other churches to use when they don't use it. They would more then likely do a block booking of a year or so (every Sunday from 2pm - 5pm for example).

Mainly because supporter trusts will make a statement about the price of a packet of ready salted crisps if you asked them

How can West Hm block book the stadium for certain days when they don't know what days they will need it on? What would happen if it was booked for a Saturday match, then someone else booked it for the Sunday, then Sky moved the match to the Sunday for TV? Or the stadium was booked in advance for something then West ham were drawn at home in the cup on that day? By West Ham being there it will limit other things the stadium can be used for and consequently the income that can be made from it, especially as it can't be pre-booked too far in advance as the most notice West ham can give for a match day is about `10 months, and even then matches can be changed.

That's a logistics issue that can be dealt with by good diary management.
A venue like this needs a "main" tenant who is willing to book a big amount of dates long term. Apart from a football team I cannot think of another business that logically would be willing to book a series of regular dates long term (only from memory West Ham have signed for 99 years). Any business would give such a contract some movement with dates and VIP treatment that signed such a long term contract with them. In fact I doubt many companies who organize events on a regular basis would sign such a deal with one venue

'Update'...
This was actually the fifth.
EDIT: He's just posted up the sixth.
i thought that's what the "Post Reply" button is for.
I'd call it spam, and my opinion is that your account should receive the appropriate sanction.
Nice one, thank you. Will do the same in the morning if no action has been taken.

This is the second in the football forum and its just advertising the petition. If people want to sign it they will without further spam.
Notification that other, and large too, clubs' fans are becoming involved. Its hardly spam.
But why is it not part of the discussion already taking place? This is a place to discuss issues not to advertise people jumping on their soapbox

No
Taxpayers face a bill for 190m to convert the 429m atheltics stadium to a multi use stadium as was the plan when it was built
