    I can't believe he was 96!!

My Mum used to watch M*A*S*H when I was a kid but I was too young to get the humour so would get bored of the lack of colour compared to cartoons!

But for the past two years, and thanks to Comedy Central, I have really got into the show and love the characters within it, especially Colonel Potter.

He was funny, strict, and human. He played the role wonderfully.

I know he did other things too but I will always know him from M*A*S*H.

    Two small facts:
    • The paintings he did within the show, he did himself in real life.
    • The photo he kept of his screen wife Mildred on his desk, was actually of his real life wife :)
    RIP x

Very sad, he played a great role in one of the greatest series ever.He seemed the type of person that if you met him in real life you would totally love him.I remember seeing an interview with him after the series ended and he broke down talking about the show.
