It's hard to pick one favourite song. I've also seen Blondie live since they came back in the 90s - the first time was at the end of 1999 and they were superb. On both occasions they were supported by other greats from that era too: Squeeze (without Chris Difford) the first time, and then Hugh Cornwell (ex-Stranglers) the second.

It's good to see others highlighting '11:59' and 'Fade Away and Radiate' from Parallel Lines as their favourites. I've already posted about those on another thread in the past.
'Parallel Lines' is my favourite Blondie album on balance.

'I'm on E' from 'Plastic Letters' is another of my favourites, along with 'Rip Her to Shreds,' 'X Offender,' 'Picture This' and 'Hanging on the Telephone.'

I bought the first five albums at the time. I din't bother with 'The Hunter' or the post-reform releases. Some favourite would be:

(I'm Always Touched by Your) Presence, Dear
    In the Flesh
    Picture This
    Hanging on the Telephone
    Heart Of Glass
    Fade Away and Radiate
