Natural Soya Chunks

Not a vegetarian (I eat fish), but steering clear of eating meat and dairy products, I have been buying substitutes. Love beanfeast (with the addition of chopped veg) and although I am an 'inventive' cooking type person, natural soya chunks defy my creativity. Does anyone have a clue how to make this substance edible? :o

Maybe wrap it in a flat fish!

More usefully, as DP says a stir fry would be perfect, - or you can make a great chilli or bolognese style sauce - add bay leaf, pinch of sugar, chilli, herbs, lots of garlic if you like it - anything that imparts the flavours you enjoy.
