Anyone of Saga forum for 50yrs+ and know the admin? Help needed.

My Mum signed up with her email address quite some time ago but deleted the activation email by mistake, I have contacted admin to send another but no-one replies and unable to sign up again as her email has already been used. Anyone on that forum that could help my poor old Ma?

    Could she not sign up again using a different email address?
