XBMC - iPlayer & BBC ONE problem

I'm getting problems playing live BBC ONE - there's a slight video stutter and the audio is completely out of sync.
The problem is more permanent than ever - although one evening this week it was all running fine.
Others have reported the same issue on other forums - but there is no known solution or even explanation.
All other BBC live streams work without any problems.
Has the ONE stream changed in format?
