Will we still have the prediction competition as usual on here although I appreciate it's very short notice in relation to the draw

Yes well done to Hull, great victory for him, so 3 players have made it all the way from qualifying round 1 and Robbie Williams could be about to make it 4 as he leads Fergal O'Brien 9-8 in the very last Qualifying match to finish this year

Just to whet the appetite, the collection of pics I've taken from 2008 to 2013:

Thanks - enjoying your pics. They're making me somewhat homesick - I went to uni in Sheffield and loved the city. I'm really hoping to move back there sometime in the not too distant future.

I reckon that final qualifying round has turned out just about perfectly - a good mix of established names and newcomers through to the Crucible.

I don't think I've even heard of Wasley but he must have some plums to do what he did tonight. Can't wait for Saturday!

Nice to see Jamie Cope in. He's gone off the boil the past couple of years.

what an incredible night of snooker! two re-spotted blacks in the deciding frames, we were talking earlier about the 128 format, well I for one miss this qualifying drama, maybe once a year makes it even more dramatic!

yeah he's great to watch when he's on form, hopefully he can put whatever problem's he's had behind him and have a good run in the World's.

he made two centuries during the qualifying campaign, 8 this season, same total as last season, 8 in a season is not good really comparing to other players so as I said, hopefully he's turned a corner.

I have tickets for semi final '2' (Saturday 3rd May, 7pm). Is it possible for O'Sullivan to be in this semi, or will he drawn in the first half of the draw, and therefore be in semi '1' (assuming he gets there)?

He is top half of the draw. The first 8 names in the seeded list are top half and the rest are bottom half

Ronnie is the more decent half of the draw, Ding probably his stiffest competition there, maybe Hawkins
