  does it do it every time?
  
  I know some people (me included) have problems with channels changing if a second remote (my dvd recorder for me) is used within a few seconds of a channel change on the humax.
  
  Could that explain the changes?

  Yep it does it every time.
  
  Dont think its anything to do with using another remote.

  I would think the best thing to do is carry out a default settings.......this will initiate a channel rescan.
  
  You will lose your scheduled timers list, so make a note.

  I had a similiar problem with my 8000T. I did a rescan and that fixed the problem. I would possibly try that first before reset to defaults.

  Do you mean you're using a remote other than the one that came with the Hummy? If so, does it happen when you use the Hummy's remote?
