Before I start let me just warn all you technical minded people that I am not in the slightest bit
I have an Acer One netbook and for a few months now it has been trying to install the Windows 7 Service Pack 1 to no avail. Last night it prompted me to do so again and as I wasn't using it and it was on charge I installed. It rebooted and then came up fail again.
Cut to today and I've been trying, unsuccesfully, for the last 2 hours to update my iPod, it seems my netbook is not recognising it in any of the 3 USB ports.
I'm totally lost, absolutely totally lost. I have no idea if it's cos of this Service Pack, it probably isn't but I could be doing with some help....pretty please
