iPhone 6+ - iOS 8.4 (Question)

Is it possible to force a iPhone 6+ onto LTE only with any kind of app or any tweak through (Cydia) or through SSH or anything.

I need the iPhone to force onto LTE and if it doesn't find a LTE signal doesn't look for a backup like the phone will just display 'No signal'.
