NIA layout

Does anyone know the row layout for the NIA?

I've got some tickets in Block 1 Row JJ ... I paid full price that you could pay for seated tickets and wondering if that is lower or upper tier of Block 1?

Is the NIA the same place as the Birmingham NEC?
I'm assuming there's been a name change.

They're two different venues, the NIA is more central Birmingham.
