I need to prepare for an argument, either gamestation are going to lower the price of there bundle (ps vita 3G + 8GB + Fifa/Uncharted) from £320 to around about play's offer of £292 or i'll be getting my 'unrefundable' deposit back cause right now they are being unreasonable if they think they are being competitive

Or they just tell you to do one.
I don't see why they should price match when you have paid a non-refundable deposit I am afraid.

Just been to a local store where a friend of mine works and he has shown me all the new Vita stock that has just arrived! Can not wait for it now! The cases for the games will make you smile when you first see them, remind me of old school cassette cases! Not that small though lol
I have made an observation though, the 3G Vita boxes all have a stamp on them from Vodafone saying that they can only be activated in the UK. This is fine for the 99% of 3G buyers in the mainland UK. It maybe an issue though for anyone that has ordered one from the British Isles?
It seems that Sony will not distribute any 3G Vita's to the UK that are not tethered to Vodafone.
A bit of a non-event for nearly all here I'm sure its worth putting this info out there just in case.
from the EU blog - apparently the store is updating later this evening. Quite a list available there - including a good bunch of demos etc. Glad I went for the 16gb card:eek:
I paid £36.85 at Shopto for Fifa. I was thinking of sending it back if the download price was there or thereabouts. I won't be sending it back now though at that price.
Some of you are lucky bastards, I'm itching to receive mine. I didn't get a tracking number in the "Item Despatched" email, I was told there would be one, so Tesco better not have posted it 1st Class via Royal Mail, I was told it would be shipped via TNT.
I've heard from quite a few other people on other forums, that they've received their Vitas today, along with the games and memory card as well. Pity Tesco Entertainment didn't post everything altogether, same with other companies too.
Oh well, can't wait to receive it, if it's not here tomorrow, then I'll be pissed. For those who have theirs, enjoy guys!
I don't see why they should price match when you have paid a non-refundable deposit I am afraid.
They told me when i pre ordered they would have competitive pricing though, but they showed me the in store exclusive deals though and i'm now getting, a 3G Vita, Fifa Football and Uncharted for £335 which seems quite reasonable when the RRP of the three separately is £360
I just need to buy Ninja Gaiden and of course a memory card, i'll probably get a 16gb to save myself from needing a second for a while
so overall i'll probably end up spending about £410 which isn't that bad when you consider after a £5 top up i'll have 4 (5 if you include the one psn i'll be getting with my voucher from the pre order pack) games and a 16GB memory card
Hi I just wanted to know if I buy a 3g version in Ireland would it work when I'm in the UK or Holland. or would I have to buy another 3g sim in that country for it to work?.
Looks like the EU doesn't get the 10% PSN Discount for games that other regions get, seriously, £39.99 for Uncharted?
I honestly don't get why europe constantly gets screwed over on deals made by sony themselves, i was planning on selling my psp to get money off the Vita now with no UMD passport i have to serious consider whether i want 40+ games i can't play for a £25 pound saving ( i have the original psp which why the saving is so small)
Hmm, my order status is 'order placed' which Play's FAQ says means item out of stock, the page for the bundle says 'in stock' though, so surely they should have sent it off by now!
GAME will not be selling Ubisoft Vita titles on launch.
After phoning them I've been informed by GAME that the £2 you've used to pre-order has to be used against a PSN card so you have to download the game instead, he didn't say you can have your £2 back.
GAME have also said "anyone who is affected has been informed" but we weren't.
Just got in thank god for shopto getting it delvered early got ridge Racer, Uncharted, Wipeout 2048 and me 16GB card from GAME as had some money off to get it from them. Love the little boxes for the games no manuals in side may be down to the size of the boxes and everyone can look online now for instructions most games have a web site. Really impressed with how light it is in your hands:)

Hope it's just that they've had that many sent out today, it's taking awhile to update.
My one says it's been dispatched but allow 3-5 days for delivery!!

The 2 games side by side are the same size as a DVD case but not as thick.
Uncharted DLC in the update? Yum!
Will try the Modnation Demo too

Would be interested to hear feedback on Ridge Racer from anyone who gets it. Used to love it back on the ps1, and the price looks decent.

Seems to be a map with all the treasure locations on - so a 79p cheat sheet....

Ah, not so good then.
I see there's a online pass to download for Wipeout. If you get a 3G and get Wipeout for free, will you have to pay in the end to play it online?
I've had nothing and it's starting to make me anxious.
I got mine earlier this afternoon.
