I think some very serious questions need to be asked of Tommy. It wouldn't surprise me one iota if it's him Lee noticed. Funny that his house burned down, no doubt containing some incredibly incriminating evidence...

Based purely on the three people who see it, I would say Whitney.

Lee wouldn't want to say anything to protect his girlfriend, Tamwar saw the "Rot In Hell" note Whitney wrote and will now be in a dilemma if he knew she had a false alibi, and Cindy is there to battle for justice on behalf of the Beales, ultimately convincing the boys that Whitney needs to be reported to the police.

Nancy is also a good shout as the boys would both want to protect her too, but i don't think it will be her.

I think this is a very good shout. Whitney has been very quiet recently - I thought that when Lee was having his "meltdown" with Nancy about his anger issues, why didn't he go to Whitney for comfort? Seeing as he was crazy about her in the beginning of their relationship.

EE tends to have a character go quiet for a week or so before focusing heavily on them.

I say Nancy as they said there would be a big game changer in november so by making Nancy a suspect is a big game changer and will change the way viewers think

From memory they said the reason she wasn't there was because Bianca had injured herself and Whitney had gone to help with the kids.

What I don't get about the viewing of the video, are the people involved. Lee, Tamwar, Cindy, Lola and Fatboy. It seems a bit on the random side. I get why Lee, Tam and Fatboy would be socialising, but I don't see why Cindy/Lola are involved. If they needed a Beale (or faux Beale) then you have Peter.
