Virgin Mobile voicemail not working

Recently my Virgin mobile voicemail went to some text based service.(Was not informed this would happen)
When I tried to get my normal voicemail back it just will not accept any calls and callers get a message along lines of "this mobile is unavailable" calls to Customer Services have been useless, it goes to some Indian call centre where they say my voicemail has been re-set but it never ever connects... been like this for days... when did Virgin switch to some naff text-based service voicemail service anyway?
Any solutions?

Seems like I am not the only one having problems with this....so annoying :mad:
