The longest one from memory is the one showing the creation of life through Homer, with cells, different periods of history and ending in modern day. It goes on for a good minute or so. I remember there being a longish one with the new HD episodes but can't remember what exactly it was. The long ones though are usually bad and obviously filler. A short, clever joke always works. They should stick to that.
