Great work Dim, hope Arsenal's killer cowpat didn't create too much of a rewrite!

Not too much of a re-write - I was more hampered by my wireless keyboard batteries running out during the write-up and then having to scramble around looking for spares :D

For today's evening kick-off we have 2 players going for a Stoke win, 7 players going for a draw and 40 players going for a Man City win. 13 players have gone for a 2-1 Man City win, with a further 10 going for them to win 2-0, 6 going for 1-0 and two players have gone for a 3-0 away win. All 7 players going for a draw hvae gone for it to finish 1-1, whilst the two players going for a home win have gone for different scorelines: one has gone for Stoke to win 1-0, whilst the other has gone for 2-1. 8 of the 9 players going for an uber-max scoreline here have gone for a 3-1 away win, whilst the other player has gone for Man City to win 4-1.

Is the 22 negative cowpats in the Arsenal v Villa game a record for any game in this competition?

Earlier in the season (week 16) we had 58 negative cowpats from one match. We had all gone for Chelsea to beat Wigan, but Wigan's cowpat equaliser meant everyone who predicted for that match was negatively affected.

The record number of maxes lost as a result of a cowpat goal this season is 25. That was from Spurs 3-1 win at West Brom in week 13 (as 25 players had predicted a 2-1 Spurs win).

The only match today has 13 players going for West Brom to win, 26 players going for a draw and 10 players going for a Newcastle win. The most popular prediction is the 1-1 draw as 15 players have gone for that. There are 8 players going for a 2-1 West Brom win and 3 players have gone for 1-0. 5 players have gone for Newcastle to win 2-1 and 2 for them to win 1-0. 11 of the 14 players going for an uber-max prediction have gone for it to finish 2-2, two players have gone for West Brom to win 3-2 and one player has gone for a 4-2 Newcastle win.

In my write-up I missed out that 2 players had gone for a 3-1 Newcastle win at West Brom. Alfie2008 and Hutchy_Muse were the 2 players who went for that result and scored an uber-max. beth84, Fish Go Deep, FunkmasterT, Jalabert, neilwatson, Simon1984, SSReporters and WoodsMonk were the only other players to score points from this match.

With only one match left this week the top scorers are now:

    Hutchy_Muse 20
    Belligerence 16
    Benny Johns 16
    Partyanimal 16
    WoodsMonk 16
    beth84 15
    BrumBall 14
    FunkmasterT 13
    Hayden 13
    InTheLoop 13
    Tusk0312 13
    clarky323 12
    Thebenster 12

Hutchy_Muse has 1 max and 1 uber-max, whilst Belligerence, Benny Johns, BrumBall, clarky323, Partyanimal and WoodsMonk have each managed 2 maxes.

beth84, Hutchy_Muse and Thebenster have each scored points in 6 of the 9 matches

    :D:D:D

I genuinely thought Liverpool would manage to cock that one up.

They always mess up against teams they are expected to wallop. I was tempted to predict a draw but if I did they would win 7-0 or something like that. I was never going to predict a Wigan win. Good call SSR.

The final match from week 30 sees 49 of the 50 players going for a Man United victory against Fulham, whilst the other player has gone for a 1-1 draw. There are 13 players going for United to win 3-0 and 11 going for a 2-0 win, with one player going for a 1-0 win. The remaining 23 predictions are all for uber-max scorelines: 7 players have gone for 4-0, 6 for 3-1, 5 for 4-1 and two players have gone for a 3-2 United win. The remaining 3 predictions have all been chosen by one player each: 4-2, 5-6 and 6-0.
