When Ronnie found baby James and swapped him with Tommy. Kat then discovered James/Tommy and then somehow got into Ronnie's flat and swapped them back. Not knowing that they had already been swapped.

Just a random thought.

Poor babies. What happened to the days of swapping pokemon cards?

    i thought she could've said she was upstairs in the vic and james was tired so went to put him next to tommy and when she went to take james home she picked up tommy by accident and didnt realize
