    I wouldn't be surprised if the very latest in plastic surgery involved inserting another stomach into the pelvic area so you could keep rotating the same bit of food therefore could eat less.

    Hmm....interesting. That wouldn't surprise me at all. And if anyone has the cash to put up front for the latest technology, then Ivana certainly has it.
