He seems to be inbto his fitness etc and seems quite young to be a ciagr smoker, usually cigar smokers are older, unless aaron is smoking them as he is trying to quite cigarettes.

But as an a side you don't usually inhale when smoking cigars, most people who smoke cigars use it to satisfy an oral fixation or just for the look.

Of course you inhale when smoking cigars, it's just that you're aiming to take the smoke to the base of the oesophagus, not into the lungs.
Your not suppose to inhale cigar smoke. Its about taste.

You're not supposed to (for the vast majority of brands, although by no means all) inhale it into your lungs. You are supposed to inhale into the base of the oesophagus (it's the main membrane the nicotine passes across, rather than the cheeks).
