I keep confusing this thread with the what did you have to eat today thread.
It's Sunday, so the usual roast dinner, today we'll be having slow pot roasted pork shoulder, which will be going in the oven in the next hour and will cook for 6hrs, along with crispy roast potatoes done in goose fat (very bad, but a Sunday treat), home made Yorkshire puddings, sweet potato mash, carrots, roast onion and home made gravy from the pork juices and a splash of wine.
Roast chicken (rotisserie one from M&S, lovely), roast potatoes, home made stuffing, butternut squash (cooked with butter and honey in the actifry) and gravy.
