Who says Helen would want to work for Tom, on Tom's business plan? I doubt the £250k would cover offering her a particularly large salary, either.

I would have hired Susan, Helen and Tom. There should be a big twist one series when Alan hires 2 candidates

I wouldn't have hired Helen as she was too ruthless and desperate. I don't think I would trust her.
