Woohoo,

They've added "my doctor" Peter Davison to the list now:

    No new Series companions?

What do they think they are doing celebrating the first 33 years of the show and ignoring the last 8?

    It's a 50 year anniversary not a 33 year one

    ;)

    Ha ha true!

I expect they're just waiting until the last minute before they announce Chris Eccleston's appearance. I doubt he would want to miss out on such a momentous occasion :)

Why on earth indulge the 2005+ series.... it is not as if the 2005+ series is remotely canon with the original 1963-89 series, or even 1996 movie.

But, We can of course celebrate the 50th anniversary of the 2005+ series, in 2055 .... or whenever the 50th season of the show (based on the 2005 season) appears.

Haha well I'm glad that you are able to celebrate the 50th anniversary in your own unique way Daria :)

Alas I may not be around to see the 50th anniversary of NuWho, unless they figure out how to get that regeneration thing working for humans before then.

Shouldn't the title read 'Doctor Who Cash-in'?

Oh well just be hopeful they all us mugs paying £50 a pop might actually encourage the BBC to spend more money on the actual program :)

Wow at the list of classic companions attending; they're only missing Jean Marsh, Jackie Lane and John Levene!
