55" plasma interference with adsl line

Just bought an Hitachi 55" plasma and when it is being viewed my wireless router disconnects from the adsl line.
My laptop shows the wirelss connection is still there however the router shows via a light display that it is attempting to re-connect with the adsl but keeps failing.
The phone works fine when the plasma is on. I have unplugged the phone socket from the sky box and also purchased another router/modem but it still does it.
Any ideas gratefully received.

You might try screening all your telephone leads and sockets?.
