This thread has reminded me why we don't have a window cleaner. I used to dive around the house too. Never thought of shutting the curtains. Don't know why but I used to just feel so embarrassed that someone could see me in my own home.
When mine comes round, I go upstairs when he is doing the downstairs windows, then when I hear his ladder and i no he is gonna do upstairs, i then go downstairs. I don't know why but i always feel a bit embarrassed just sitting there watching the telly when my window cleaner is at the window.
