These are the "proper" lucky charms. The American ones, full of sugar and additives can still only be purchased in specialist shops or online for about £5/6 per box. They also sell froot loops, again not the same as you would get in America

Did you miss out a 'not'? If so then these are real American Lucky Charms and come from America and are the ones that the special import shops have. As far as I'm aware, you can't get lucky Charms that are not American. Fruit Loops are different, Kellogg's have released a version suitable for the UK market which are different to the American version. You can buy these anywhere now.

Yup, you are right, they are the American ones, hence the warning on the pack about making your kids go fruit loopy and they are full of a huge batch of additives and made with American GM crops.

Does the world food aisle stock alcohol? Anyone seen Rolling Rock lager there? I will never forgive Anheuser-Busch (Budweiser) for buying the brand and making it USA only.

rolling rock came back last year! Unfortunately, only in 2.9% (so its with low alcohol/alcohol free section) and doesn't taste right. Used to be my favourite and I always buy some when I'm out there

Does anyone know of anywhere that sells Welch's Grape Soda?

Where do you live? There's a shop in canterbury (bon bons) that sporadically has it, 69p a can. They also do root beer, vanilla coke and a variety of American sweets, all at non inflated prices. Mmmm, might have to pop in tm. Waitrose also do Reece's candy and root beer at around 70p each.

Cybercandy has it in stock. Expensive though. £1.46 for a can.
