Apparently it's because the judge believes the fake sheikh guy from The Sun lied to the court.
Surely that's perjury so he could be jailed, right?

Yep, he should, then straight into a retrial, they have video evidence of her committing the offence, she is 100% a drug dealer.

In your opinion , a Judge believes a journalist lied.

Don't know too much about the legalities of it all but seems she might have got lucky.
Regardless I think she won't recover her career to what it was as mud sticks and it's obvious from the company she was keeping she was hardly whiter than white. She has also been very foolish if it's true about believing the rubbish about being in a film with Leonardo dicaprio, however I don't live in the celebrity world so perhaps it's not uncommon to hear things like this.

I don't really have a strong opinion on Tulisa but she hasn't done herself any favours.

Good result, the whole thing was a farce and should never have got this far-what a waste of money and I assume it is taxpayers money or will the Sun have to foot the bill? I do hope so.

I bet the fake sheikh doesn't face charges either despite the judge's comments.

This is disgusting. She's been clearly caught on camera drug dealing,

The only saving grace is that there'll be no way back for her from this irrespective of whether she's convicted or not.

There is something altogether cheap and grubby about Ms Contoslavos. She comes across like a reality TV grade celebrity, only further down the list. I bet she couldn't beleive it when she landed the X-Factor gig. :D

That said, if she was indeed set up, I'm glad she has been vindicated.

I think the damage to her reputation has been done. Perhaps she should get back with N-Dubz.

No, not really - it means she hasn't been found guilty by a court of law, and can't be due to the botched prosecution. She will be therefore be "innocent" in law as she will not be found guilty in court.
