Recording Schedule not updating

I've just noticed this week that the recording schedule on the Fox Sat is not updating - ie schedule still shows the last showing of the prog, rather than the next. Also when I switch to the Guide it says "recieving information" but never completes the update.
Any ideas what's wrong anyone please?

    Try doing a freesat tune, if that fails to sort it try a factory reset. The schedule will only update when the next episode appears in the epg
