Is my HD Box broken?

Had a Samsung HD+ Box for a couple nearly 2 years now. Been a very good bit of kit and a massive improvement over the Amstrad Sky+ Box I had previously.

However since the start of the year its started doing some odd things. It seems to lose Anytime Content, or fail to receive content. In spells it has worked fine but for the last 3 weeks when I go into the planner and press the red button there is nothing there. I've tried planner rebuilds, full system resets, re-installing the system and I can't seem to solve the problem.

Yesterday I also discovered that for whatever reason the box is also no longer accepting my remote record requests from my phone. The app on the phone shows the programs are to be recorded, but the planner on the box is empty.

Is my box knackered and maybe time to get a new one?
