Heard something drop on the doormat this
morning and it was a small package from O2 to say "thank you" for being with them. It was a small bar of chocolate with a printed card. No obvious reason for it, I have been with them for years, I am a very low usage customer and my contract is nowhere near running out.
Just seemed a nice touch and very unusual with businesses these days.

"Hello, Vodafone? How would you like a new customer"
Vodaphone. 'Hello, hello. Can't quite hear you caller.............'
Are you sure it's from o2 and not an enemy trying to play a trick by poisoning you?
Does make you feel good and, of course, helps ensure you remain a loyal customer.
My current favourite are the eBay xmas tree lights we got just before last xmas.
What's this all about then?
Aha.
A chocolate Orange
Was it teapot shaped, to remind you of their customer services department?
Yes, they hope you'll tell all your friends and people online, which you did !:D
I've been with them about 3 years now, I think.
Because your with 02
Because we wanted to say thanks
Because everyone loves sweets
They need to sack their copywriter.
