Can you reset Zen Micro's? My mums has stopped working, like won't turn on. I have plugged it into the computer to charge it and usually it turns on straight away etc. I reset my ipod when it does this and just wondered if there was any way to do this for the Zen or if it was dead?

Isn't there a paperclip hole on creatives for a hard reset? Check your manual, I'm not too sure.

Yes i managed to get it to turn on but only got as far as the creative logo on the start up process! so i think it may have died!! thank you for your help
